KundaliSutra provides digital astrology services: computer-generated Vedic janma kundali (birth-chart) reports, kundali milan (compatibility) reports, daily rashifal, panchang and AI-based astrology chat. All calculations use the sidereal zodiac (Lahiri ayanamsha). Reports are delivered digitally — on the website and as downloadable PDF. No physical product is shipped.

Astrology is a traditional knowledge system. Our reports and chat are for guidance, self-reflection and entertainment. They are NOT a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes. Decisions you take remain your own responsibility.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details (date, time, place) you submit — the report is computed from exactly what you enter. Keep your account credentials confidential. One account per person; misuse may lead to suspension.

Prices for paid reports are displayed in INR on the website before purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner (Razorpay); we never store your card/UPI details. Applicable offers/discounts are shown at checkout. Prices may change, but the price you pay is the one shown at the time of your order.

Paid reports are generated after successful payment and are normally available in your dashboard (and by email link) within 30 minutes, usually much sooner. If a report fails to generate, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Reports are licensed for your personal use. The website, report formats, text libraries, charts and branding are the property of KundaliSutra and may not be resold, scraped or reproduced commercially without written permission.

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to harass anyone, to attempt unauthorised access, or to generate reports with another person's data without their consent (except for your minor children or with family consent for matchmaking).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KundaliSutra's total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions taken based on astrological content.

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. Birth details are used only to compute your reports.
