Account details (name, email), the birth details (name, date, time, place) you provide for a Kundali or Milan, and the messages you send in AI chat.
Only to build your reports, answer your AI chat and improve the service. Planetary calculations run on our own server, not through any external API. To derive the coordinates (latitude and longitude) of a birth place, the place name may be sent to AI (Anthropic Claude), and some report text is also written with AI — both with industry-standard data protection.
We never sell your data. We never build marketing lists from your birth details. Your Kundali is never public anywhere beyond your account and your own share link.
Every Kundali and Milan has a private share link — only the person you give the link to can view it. The link stays in your control.
For paid services, payment processing runs through a secure gateway (Razorpay) — card and UPI details are never stored on our server.
If you would like your account or any Kundali deleted, write to us — we will remove it within a reasonable time.
