Refund & Cancellation Policy

You will receive a 100% refund in these cases:

• The payment succeeded but the report did not generate within 2 hours and we could not fix it
• Duplicate payment (charged twice for the same order)
• The payment was deducted but no order was created (failed transaction)

Report generation begins immediately after payment. You can cancel before generation starts by writing to support right away — with a full refund. Once a report has been generated the order cannot be cancelled, because the digital product has already been delivered.

The report is built from the birth details you provide. If the date, time or place was entered incorrectly, write to support within 7 days — we will rebuild the report with the correct details once, free of charge. (This is a correction, not a refund.)

For a report that has been delivered successfully, "I did not like the prediction" or a change of mind is not a ground for a refund — the report is a personalised digital product already built for you. Refunds do not apply to free services (free Kundali, Rashifal, Panchang).

For a refund request, write to support@kundalisutra.com with your order ID, or use the Contact page. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method (card, UPI or netbanking) within 5-7 business days — processing happens through our payment partner Razorpay.
